She serves as a president of the Public Relations Society Hoosier Chapter at Purdue University for the 2017-2018 school year. She is connecting students with PR practitioners by reaching out to various industrious guests asking them to spend time connecting with students in our weekly Monday meetings either by guest speaking or consulting through workshops. She has secured this year’s partnership with the College of Liberal Arts Career Center which aims at helping students connect with employers as they search for jobs. Meagan primarily oversees two major events PRSSA is planning this year which are: the second annual Networking Event this fall and Com Day which in the spring. Meagan consuls her PRSSA executive board team. Together we have recruited the 72 new members to the organization. This year she looks forward to building the organization and making a large impact on campus.
